ERMEZ Hard & Soft respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use the AqctCallFraud Cloud Service, designed to integrate with Webex.

By using our Cloud Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use this Service.

1. Information We Collect

From enabled Webex Users, we collect Incoming Phone Calls to their Devices. For each Incoming Call, we analyze its Phone Number, extracting its Reputation (which can be FRAUD, SPAM, or NORMAL) and the Owner’s Name. The types of information we collect include:

a) Personally Identifiable Information

When you register for or use our Cloud Service, we may collect the following personal information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Webex account details (such as user ID, associated email address, etc.)

b) Usage Information

We collect Incoming Phone Calls to the Devices of Registered Webex Users.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To analyze Incoming Calls to the Devices belonging to Registered Webex Users.
- Security: To prevent Telephone Fraud and misleading Telephone Advertising (SPAM).

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your information with the following entities:
- Service providers: We only use third-party Cloud Services to analyze the Reputation of Phone Numbers from Incoming Calls, without sharing the calls themselves. Currently, our Processing and Storage Servers are our own, but this may change in the future.
- Legal compliance: We may share your information to comply with legal requirements, judicial processes, or in response to legitimate government requests.
- Other parties in case of business changes: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information could be transferred to the new entity.

4. Information Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we collect. We use security protocols such as data encryption and restricted access to sensitive information. However, please note that no data transmission over the Internet or storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal or contractual regulations. If you choose to delete your account, we will proceed to delete the associated information unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:
- Access: You can request to see the information we have collected about you.
- Correction: You can correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated information, subject to our policies and legal restrictions.
- Objection: You can object to certain types of data processing (e.g., direct marketing).

7. Use of Cookies

Although our Cloud Service is only viewed in the Webex Application, a Web Browser may be used to register Organization Users and Settings. In future versions, Reporting, Statistics, and Analysis Websites may be included. These websites may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and user experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device that allow us to remember preferences and personalize the app experience.

You can set your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect some application features.

8. Links to Other Websites

Links to other websites or services from our Cloud Service do not compromise the Privacy of your Data. The only third-party service we use is queried solely for the Reputation of Phone Numbers, not for the Calls themselves, which also contain the User’s Number, User’s Name, Organization Name, Date, and Time.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the corresponding update date. It is recommended to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
