Typically in a Cloud-Based Organization-Oriented System, such as AqctCallFraud, the Organization should first be Created in AqctCallFraud and then Linked from Webex Organization. But due to the characteristics of this system, it is much easier and less cumbersome to do it the other way around, that is, create an AqctCallFraud Organization from a Linked Procedure from Webex Organization. The Linking procedure occurs when it need to log in to the Webex OAut webpage with the Webex Administrator User Credentials to create the Access Tokens.

When Added AqctCallFraud Organization, this use the Id and Name of Webex Organization. This prevents the creation of Duplicate Organizations in AqctCallFraud.

 

For example:

If in AqctCallFraud an organization is created with its ID and Name and then it want to Link it with a Webex Organization:

1.It must create Access Tokens and extract the Webex Organization ID and Name by interact with the Webex OAut web page with the Credentials of Webex Organization Administrator User.

2.It must check that the Webex Organization it want to Link to Matches the AqctCallFraud Organization. To do this, all that's left is to compare whether there's a Match with the Organization Name, which isn't very reliable. While if AqctCallFraud Organization is created from Webex Organization, It is only necessary to compare the ID of the Organizations
